Meet Our Founder
Travel Plan Limited was formed in 1969 by Lillian Romney. Her personal introduction to the travel industry came through her affiliation with Antilles Airboats for 3 years. The airline encouraged her to open her travel and tour agency to represent them and service other clients. Her agency blossomed and cultivated Tortola's finest travel agents over the the past 38 years, making Travel Plan the leading agency in the BVI for the past 10 years as rated by American, LIAT, Caribbean Star and British Airways.
